Talk about creating training places is on everybody’s lips these days. Our company began with the education of six trainees in three areas in 2001. We would like to convince all companies in Thuringia of its advantages.However, there is a big BUT. It isn't achieved only with training places for young people. Education must fulfil and maintain a high quality yardstick.

According to the written words in the IHK certificate:
"Quality by training", education must be of the highest quality.
